Create a detailed work plan that takes into account all special cleaning needs.

Removal of Dust and Debris

Dust, debris & leftover construction materials. (Sawdust, plaster, nails, screws, etc.)

Surface Cleaning

Ceilings, walls, windows & floors. Depending on the material and nature of the dirt, will entail dusting, washing, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

Cleaning of Doors and Frames

Includes removing any dust, stickers, or paint & polishing (if necessary)

Window Cleaning

Inside and out, frames & sills of windows. Any leftover paint, stickers, or residues from the construction are removed.

Floor Cleaning

Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping & polishing (if necessary). Hard floors, [concrete, wood, or tile] may require buffing or sealing

Bathroom and kitchen cleaning

Fixtures, cabinets, appliances, counters & surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Cleaning of Ventilation Systems

Dusting, changing of AC filter (if necessary) to improve air quality.

Deep Cleaning of Cabinets and Closets

Removal of dust and construction debris from all storage spaces, shelves and drawers.

Cleaning of Light Fixtures & Receptacles

Removal of dust and construction grime from all light fixtures and electrical outlets

Trash Removal

All trash and debris collected during the cleaning process is properly disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Final Walkthrough

To ensure that no area has been overlooked.
