    Carpet Cleaning

    Regular spot cleaning of carpets and quarterly or annually comprehensive carpet cleaning.

    Upholstery Cleaning

    Cleaning of fabric chairs and sofas, paying attention to high-touch areas like armrests.

  • Replenishment of Supplies

    Check and refill supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap in restrooms and kitchen/break rooms.

    Maintenance Cleaning

    This includes front entrance and other high-traffic area cleaning, high and low dusting, light fixture cleaning, and cleaning behind and under furniture that isn't moved during regular cleaning

    Disinfection

    Regular disinfecting of high touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, and handrails.

    Deep Cleaning Tasks

    Depending on the agreement, this might involve tasks like washing walls or ceilings, floor waxing and polish, thorough carpet cleaning, cleaning the inside of cabinetry, etc.
